Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Each FT Styles Creative stationery kit is carefully created and packaged by  hand.  Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of your delivery at tracy@ftstyles.com, and we'll make it right.
